BBKY (Brain to Belly Kids Yoga) is a mobile yoga & mindfulness company founded by educators and dedicated to nurturing kids' innate desire for movement and play! Yoga is inclusive, safe, and nervous-system focused at this age! This class is designed for babies 12 months and under with their caregiver. The focus will be on the grown up's yoga practice, while including the baby in whatever way is most intuitive. Babies and their grown-ups will interact through moving, breathing, and connecting. We provide a space for co-regulation. Expect giggles, tears, naps, feeding, chaos, and community led by one of BBKY's certified yoga teachers.
