Yoga is all play for busy little yogis! Our friends from BBKY will help toddlers, preschoolers, and their favorite adults explore yoga through moving, stretching, posing, and breathing. Each class includes our warm-up, a song complete with yoga poses, breathwork, balancing series, and relaxation.
Brain to Belly Kids Yoga is a mobile yoga and mindfulness company founded by educators. All classes are designed to nurture kids’ innate desire for movement and play.
