Maternal Hope book launch (Chicago)

Join Monica + Andy founder and CEO Monica Royer for a candid, deeply personal discussion with the authors of Maternal Hope: Stories of Unseen Struggles, Unexpected Resilience, and the Untold Ways Families Are Made.

Maternal Hope is a powerful collection of raw and rarely shared stories from everyday people navigating painful realities on the road to starting a family. Accounts span everything from infertility, in vitro fertilization, and ectopic pregnancy to miscarriage, infant loss, and postpartum depression. You’ll also discover accounts of NICU admissions, traumatic births, pregnancy after loss, child health issues, and more.

This event will feature a panel discussion with authors Camille Seigle and Ali Mann Stevens, who created this book to break the silence and offer hope to those navigating the often-invisible challenges of becoming a parent. They will be joined on the panel by some of the contributing authors of Maternal Hope, Angela Chaudhari, MD, Chief of Gyne and Vice Chair at Northwestern Medicine_, Juana Pfadt, M.Ed, Individual, Couple and Family Therapist as well as_ foreword writer Whitney Bischoff Angel, fertility nurse, and owner of Lily Concierge.

The discussion will be led by Monica and will include time for Q&A with the audience. All attendees will receive a copy of Maternal Hope with store purchase.
