Get a high-energy, low-impact workout in with other new moms. Led by STUDIO FORMA founder Jessica Anzalone.
Each Postnatal Pilates class will incorporate light weights into a dynamic 45-min sculpt class focused on lean strength and muscle followed by five minutes of deep stretching. This class will employ a series of movements, concentrating on specific muscle groups and pelvic floor for maximum toning and sculpting benefits.
Jessica Anzalone is the founder and lead trainer of STUDIO FORMA. She has been blending methods and training clients in Chicago and New York for 15 years.
